It’s inspiring to see Gen Z leading the way when it comes to making affordability trade-offs for homeownership. This generation is showing real flexibility—willing to trim their budgets and consider smaller homes to achieve their dream of owning property. I’ve noticed Canadians, in particular, are embracing downsizing more readily than buyers in the UK, who are less inclined to compromise. As someone who strives to make the buying process as easy and stress-free as possible, I admire the determination and open-mindedness today’s youngest buyers bring to the table.
