What really stands out is how ownership can set the stage for long-term financial growth: research shows that buying by age 30 is linked to about 23% higher net worth by age 50, or nearly $119,000 more. That\u2019s a meaningful difference. But it\u2019s important to balance dreams with reality \u2014 stretching too far on housing costs (in the 30% to 40% range of your income) might make it harder to save for other important goals.
