It’s always rewarding to see how homeownership can boost financial confidence — nearly 70% of homeowners in a recent survey reported feeling financially satisfied, compared to less than half of nonhomeowners. Of course, life isn’t without its challenges; even among homeowners, just over 40% still find themselves living paycheck to paycheck, while that number rises to over 60% for those without a home of their own. What really stands out is how ownership can set the stage for long-term financial growth: research shows that buying by age 30 is linked to about 23% higher net worth by age 50, or nearly $119,000 more. That’s a meaningful difference. But it’s important to balance dreams with reality — stretching too far on housing costs (in the 30% to 40% range of your income) might make it harder to save for other important goals. Helping you navigate these choices with clarity and care is what makes my work so rewarding — and I’m always here to make the journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
